About the Presenter: Jeanette Sheliga has been researching her family tree since 2002 and began lecturing and educating on genealogy topics locally in 2011. In 2013, she became a Board Member for the Niagara County Genealogical Society (NCGS) and currently serves as the NCGS Chairman of the Board, Vice President, and Program Chairperson. Jeanette is a member of many local, state, and national genealogical and lineage societies and has recently been elected as Chapter Registrar for the Niagara Falls DAR Chapter. She loves learning about genealogy and looks forward to the possibility to be more involved with WNYGS.
