The Historic Hull House: Window Into Western New York Pioneer Life

Cost: $10 per person (All proceeds to benefit the Hull House Foundation.)

  • Due to building and tour capacities, the registration is limited to the first 40 people.

    Listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and New York State Register of Historic Sites, the Hull House is a Federal style home that was built around 1810 by Warren Hull, one of Erie County's earliest pioneers. The structure is currently recognized as the oldest masonry dwelling in the county. This special summer program will include a guided tour of the Hull Family Home and Homestead with 19th century historical background by Erie County Historian Doug Kohler. Additionally, Foundation President Gary Costello will discuss ongoing preservation and restoration efforts.
